Return and refund policy

The customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products by the customer or a third party designated by the customer. The right of withdrawal can also be exercised between the date of the order and the date of delivery of the products.

The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal:

- by using the withdrawal form inserted at the end of these general conditions;

- or by sending an e-mail to this effect to SLKON, before the expiry of the aforementioned period, to the following e-mail address: support@slkon.fr. The letter of withdrawal must clearly indicate that the customer wishes to retract all or part of his order, and specify the name, first name, address and order number of the customer.

If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must return the products to SLKON without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of sending SLKON his decision to withdraw. The customer will bear the direct costs of returning the products, which he recognizes and accepts. The customer undertakes to pack the products well, in their original packaging with all their accessories, so that they cannot be damaged during transport, and will assume full responsibility. In the event that the product returned to SLKON is broken or damaged (for example the product has micro scratches) or not returned in its original packaging with all the protections, SLKON cannot reimburse the price of the product, the latter does not cannot be re-marketed.

If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal before the product is sent by SLKON, SLKON will reimburse the customer for all sums paid, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date of which he is informed of the client's decision to withdraw.

If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal after the shipment of the product by SLKON, SLKON will reimburse the client when he has received the products suitable for re-marketing, in their original packaging, with all their accessories, and the mode of employment, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts.

SLKON declines all responsibility in the event of loss or damage to a package sent by the customer to SLKON, following the exercise of its right of withdrawal.

Guarantees / After Sales Service

SLKON is responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract under the conditions of article L. 211-4 and following of the consumer code and hidden defects of the thing sold under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 and following of the code civil code.

SLKON not being the manufacturer of the products sold on the site, within the meaning of the law n ° 98-389 of May 19, 1998 relating to the responsibility for the fact of the defective products, SLKON could not be responsible in the event of defect. some products. Only the manufacturer will be responsible and only the manufacturer's guarantees will apply. All products marketed by SLKON benefit from the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the site.

It is recalled that the granting of the guarantee supposes that the customer uses the product in a normal way, that is to say in accordance with the instructions for use and maintenance of the product and that no third party not approved by the manufacturer does not intervene to carry out a repair on the product. Customers are therefore invited to carefully read the instructions for use or any other information attached to the product, in the packaging or on the product (instructions for use, precautions for use, conditions of use).

Excluded from the scope of the warranty are faults and damage caused by wear and tear (connectors, cables, bulbs, LEDs, batteries), by an external accident (for example, traces of opening, oxidation, faulty maintenance, shock , lightning ...), by use or installation not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations or by the use of inappropriate accessories or consumables.

If you wish to exercise the guarantees, and before returning the product to Slkon, you must send an email to the following email address: support@slkon.fr, obligatorily specifying the order number, and the problem encountered with the product, after responding to your request by email or telephone, you must return the product to us with the invoice, indicating the problem encountered, the after-sales service processing time is 24 hours to 15 working days. If the product is returned to us without the invoice and without the description of the problem encountered, the after-sales service will take longer to process.

In the event that the customer sends a product to SLKON while the latter is in operation, the costs of checking the product as well as the price of returning the product to the customer will be invoiced to him for a lump sum of twenty (20) euros taxes included.

When the product is no longer under warranty, a quote will be sent to the customer, quantifying the amount of repairs. The repair is carried out after reception of the estimate bearing the handwritten mention "good for agreement", the date and the signature of the customer.
